Statutes Verification (£7000 on hold)
Hi,
Wondered if anybody could help, We have been selling on amazon for number of years when a few months back they requested more Verification documents.
As far as we are aware we are sending in everything they are requesting, But keep being told the documents don’t match the information on the account.
Our account has been barred from listing for the past few months because of this but they are still holding over £7000 from our sales since.
Is there an easy phone contact number to help us understand more clearly what the problem is, as information seems to be getting lost in email contact only.

Which company are you trading as on Amazon and which company are you trying to get verification for?
In companies house you have 2 companies.
You are also registered as a charity as well and your charity number is the one that is shown on your Amazon profile page. You don’t have any details of either your limited company registration numbers on there.
It is obviously slightly different for charities than a normal limited company. You also have no beneficial owners against the company which Amazon might be expecting you to have as would be the case for a normal limited company.

If we have no beneficial owners listed due to being a charity how do we get this information across to amazon in the correct manor, Rather them consistently just requesting the same forms over and over again.
