No tracked 48 on Buy ship
I am looking to switch over to buy shipping all the time now however Tracked 48 is not avaliable but CRL 48 is. Why does Amazon think that CRL 48 is quicker than tracked? that makes no sense forcing me to use a worse service for a higher cost as CRL is 30p more expensive than the much better tracked 48 option.

If you have linked your RM account then you should see CRL 24/48 and Tracked 24/48
Do you have tracked services enabled on your RM account. Can you see them in click and drop? If you don't you will need to talk to RM about having them added.
If you do have tracked services on your RM account then the problem could lie with either Amazon or Royal Mail. You would need to contact both to see if you can get it resolved...my money would be on them blaming each other!
Also check your despatch times. It maybe that the services are on your buy shipping but Amazon don't think they will reach the customer in time. You may need to extend your shipping time. If you have SSA enabled then you need to make sure you have said you will ship by tracked 48.
