Dear Amazon, recently we are noticing more and more used items getting buy box when new inventory is sold out, however it does show to the buyers that it's used but very small and 90% just buy thinking it's great deal without noticing is used items, we are constantly messaging them saying this a used items before we ship some do cancel but most do not answer and when they receive the items they complain they did not know it was used, not sure how you can fix this but this becoming more and headache for us and the customers, and this is not a good experience for the buyers.
