Second store

Hi All, After some advice. The business i represent has a warehouse and we want to sell some of our less value products through a second store on amazon as to not effect the existing Brand. Im hitting a wall as when i try and enroll the new store/brand it asks me for an ASIN with the brand.... But these products dont exist yet and i cant create them with the brand because its not enrolled?! help.

To have a second seller account I believe you have to have permission from Amazon (I think, you would need to check that out), and meet several strict criteria The goods would need to be in a different category, and I believe have different email, and possibly have separate banks - again check out the criteria for multiple accounts.

This is Sakura from Amazon. Could you provide more information about the issue ? Do you want to register a new brand in the Amazon Brand Registry, or do you want to open a new, second Seller Account on Amazon ?

Also, @Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGid mentioned here an important aspect regarding having the second account. Currently, you don't need Amazon's permission to have a second account as long as you have legitimate business needs to open it, such as:

  • You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each.
  • You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies.
  • You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts.

Also, you need to maintain your accounts in good standing. If your account is deactivated, the other will be affected.
