hello everyone , I’m starting my new business on Amazon it’s not bad at all as other people are saying, but one thing I don’t like is when I have sale in my Canada account and I shipped their items at the right time and it’s showing late shipping rate I’m my account , I can’t control how Canada customs deal with international products from US, is any one has been thought into that situation before?

Hello @Seller_0iifKv2GRtmPk Thanks for checking in about your new business on Amazon and the issue of international shipping. A good place for new sellers is the New Seller Community, which you can find under the Groups tab.
The Late shipment rate metric represents orders ship confirmed after the expected ship date. It is one of several shipping metrics on Amazon, which also include on-time delivery rate (OTDR).
Are you still experiencing issues with shipping settings for your international shipments?
