I am a new of amazon business for two weeks, but my account is stopped due to the related account which i really don't know.
Except the template response, amazon don't give me any useful help.
I try to get a call, although showed that the call is connected but i don't get any call. Why it ? Is it a bug ?

They are very meticulous when it comes to connecting accounts. There is another account you tried to open, a family member has an account, same IP address, same physical address...

I see that your account has been deactivated for a violation of the multiple accounts policy and you have questions about how to get this resolved.
Accounts can be found to be related to one another when personal or business information is shared between the accounts. You do not have to own the other account for a link to be established between them.
Your account may be deactivated if the account you are related to becomes deactivated for any reason. To reinstate your selling account, you will need to reinstate the related account or provide evidence that the accounts are no longer related.
Here are some questions to consider when identifying how the link could have occurred...
-Has anyone helped you with your selling account recently? If so, what type of help was provided?
-Do you use any third party service providers that assist with your account? example: account creation/management, inventory management, marketing, fulfillment, etc. If so, what type of service do they provide?
-Has anyone else ever accessed your account or have you shared personal information with anyone? example: friends, family, employees, ex-employees, business partners, etc. If so, who and why?
-Have you asked your employees or people close to you if they have an account with that name?
-Have you helped anyone else with their account recently? If so, how?
