Unified Seller Account - Disable Mexico Listing and Charges
I know there have been tons of questions regarding sellers wanting to disable completely from Mexico and Brazil on their unified seller accounts. I have also reviewed amazon's responses to these threads. I did recently downgrade back to an individual selling plan in order to avoid the professional selling charge being split. I took a hit on sales because with an individual plan one does not win the buy box. Why did I do this? Because my financial institution routinely denies Amazon Mexico's charge because the bank views it as suspected fraudulent activity. And rightly so because this was not a charge that ever appeared until amazon began this whole forced North American unified account. I thought that by downgrading back to an individual plan my listings would be deactivated on the Mexico marketplace. And since upgrading back to a professional plan.....here we go again. I have no idea what the 1 listing in Mexico is.....I can't access my Mexico account due to the payment issue which has arisen yet again. I'm at wit's end here. And I don't think that putting the Mexico store "on vacation" is going to solve the problem of the professional seller fees getting split.
Amazon, can you please help me by informing me what 1 sku# or ASIN# is it that is in the Mexico marketplace that is now causing this problem? I want to immediately delete that 1 listing and put the Brazil and Mexico marketplaces "on vacation" so as to not have a split seller fee.

No reason to have downgraded.
For the unwanted marketplaces, put them on vacation. Then go into the Manage All Inventory page for each marketplace and make sure that there are no listings (active OR inactive).
Once you do this, you should stop seeing charges for the other marketplaces.
ETA; in rereading, I'm seeing that you can't access Mexico to delete the listing. If you've opened a case, post the case number here and tag a mod; they may be able to help.

Hello there, my name is CR and I had a quick second to look at your account.
It appears you have (1) listing in MX with a SKU ending in "OY3X", paperback book, which is a listing that is also on your US/.com site as well.
Hopefully this helps you to delete this listing in MX.
