STOP AMAZON ACCOUNT

Why is my account not closed?

I closed my my account because I want to stop selling on Amazon.

I waited until I was out of stock and I closed it, I want it removed permanently.

But my account is still active!!

Why?

I don't understand why three pieces of one of my two products are suddenly available again.

I just want to stop immediately, the stock may be destroyed!

I don't want to be charged no more.

Would like your help, because this is how it all keeps going. So I want to stop my amazon business as soon as possible.

But I can't manage this. Please your help!

Connor from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out. If you choose to close your account, go to Settings and click Account Info. In the Account Management section on the right hand side of the page, click Close Account. Fill in all the required fields and click Send to submit your request. We will then contact you for assistance. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been closed, or an email detailing why your account can't be closed at this time and additional steps required.

Please ensure you take the following steps prior to closing your account.

1. Fulfill any outstanding orders.

2. Wait 90 days after your last sale to ensure the A-to-z Guarantee claims period is honored.

3. Wait until you have a zero balance in your account (your next disbursement or charge date).

4. Resolve all of your transactions with buyers, including issuing any necessary refunds.

5. Confirm that your bank account information on file is up-to-date to receive a final payment.

6. Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.

7. Make sure your inventory and listings are removed as well. You can do that by going to Inventory --> Manage Inventory

If you run into issues with this process, please create a case to Seller Support for further assistance.
