The buy box disappeared for a product I'm selling
Hi all, I'm reselling a product on Amazon Canada. I have permission to sell this product on Amazon.
According to Keepa, the buy box has consistently stayed at a specific price for the last 12 months.
2 days ago the buy box disappeared and there's no featured seller.
The other sellers are doing FBM and selling from the USA (not Canada).
80% of sales come from the buy box. It's very hard to sell a product when no buy box is present.
How can I win the buy box in this situation?

There is no sure method to become the featured offer, but you can look tothese best practices to improve the positioning of your listing, and ensure you are eligible. You might also be interested in these strategies to drive sales without being the featured offer, and this one on why some pages don't have a featured offer.
You may also look to the Canada side of the forums for more region specific guidance from the team and sellers there! You can do so by clicking on the flag dropdown in the top right of your forums view and selecting the Canadian flag!
