FBM undeliverable, UPS lost package - Amazon decided against me on A-Z claim?
I shipped an FBM package on time and with a delivery method that would get it there within the delivery window. We bought Partnered UPS Ground Saver Shipping through Amazon, so we should be good to go.
USPS marked the package as undeliverable and would return to sender...a few days later it was delivered to Hebron, KY. We are in Pennsylvania. I advised the customer to open an A-Z claim, but it was denied, and my appeal was denied as well. It was escalated to case 17136847591 but we recieved a denial.
We did everything correctly and UPS returned the package to a random city - anyone know how to appeal this further? At this point we are out the product and the refund money. Thank you!

This happened (and is currently happening) to me on two orders totalling over $2,700! I am on my fifth person at Amazon, and they are pointing fingers at UPS, and UPS is pointing at Amazon. Customers filing A-Z Claims, Amazon pulling money from my account, and Amazon has confirmed I did everything right. My CaseID is 17197629651 if any Amazon reps happen to filter through.

There are multiple posts in the forums about this issue - we have never been associated with Hebron, KY. I believe it is associated with Amazon and UPS is making a mistake because the shipping label was purchased through Amazon.
I do not have any other paths for you to dispute the decision.
