We contacted the Amazon warehouse to remeasure the size, we sale clothes, it is a multi-variant product and can only measure 20 ASINs. is there any way to contact the senior manager to help solve the problem? I called the customer service, but the customer service said that they couldn't contact the warehouse. Or suggest a better solution?

If your appeal gets approved, maybe they provide you an additional appeal. For ex. you make 20 appeals and out of this, 18 gets approved, you get 18 more appeals for that month.

I suspect that your product is in a poly bag and that the employee is not taking their time to make sure it's completely flat on the cubiscan machine before the measurement is being taken.

The above link has information about how to request a remeasurement: type "remeasure" into the search box and follow the instructions in the widget. There is a monthly remeasurement request limit, but if you include a Case ID I can request an additional request for you.
