Shipment Still Not Received
Hi guys,
I have a shipment that has been delivered to Amazon, but not checked in. It was delivered over 6 weeks ago! But because it has not been checked in I am unable to challenge Amazon on my items not received. Do I have to just wait forever with no recourse on chasing them or getting my money back?

Hi sometimes the things dont update depending on carrier and some are taking longer than normal especially those over 15kg or items needing fba prep - you should double check its definitely not already gone into inventory and also that its not sitting in stranded.

I’ve got this with a shipment to the suspiciously named LTN9.
Shipped 2 Aug, “delivered” 4 Aug and just sat there ever since.
I’ve had two further shipments gone to LTN2 at the same address both checked-in and fully received since this one.

I went to open a case about my “delivered” LTN9 shipment. I was told it is scheduled to be checked-in on 18 Aug (two weeks after delivery) and to pretty much go away until then.
That’s another centre to be added to me “do not ship here” list.
