Delayed Shipments by Amazon
Has anyone else had this??
I have had a couple of shipments now that I have noticed Amazon have delayed the delivery on, , I have been on the carrier website and it says that this parcel will now be delivered on the 30th November. I paid extra for Next Day delivery for this shipment.
Obviously, I can still sell my stock to customers with a longer delivery timescale, however, this will impact on the sales that I will make as customers will want to make use of the Prime/Next day benefit that comes with buying from Amazon.
I feel that I have been left at a financial disadvantage by Amazon delaying my shipments without warning, this causes me to waste time by chasing up the shipments with carriers.
How can I successfully manage my inventory if Amazon throw a spanner in the works??

I have 5000 units going to Doncaster, been delayed for 2 1/2 weeks so not happy but nothing I can do.

Despite you paying for next day delivery, unfortunately you will be in a long queue of boxes waiting to checked in and delivered to Amazon warehouses. Especially at this time of year near to Christmas, it will only get worse.
Some times we are lucky and products are delivered within a few days however we have had to wait 2+ weeks in the passed, it really is pot luck! You just have to patient as seller support won't be able to make the process go quicker.

BHX4 ... Yes sent in a box 30/10/23 just been received today 21/11/23 I even received an email prompting to send in new stock as some items became out of stock. I replied and advised them of this. case is still open. A second box was shipped in on 31/10/23 was received 1/11/23 crazy...
