How do I report CX Health 'Very Poor@ on some listings?
I have 5 CX Health 'Very Poor' Ratings.
4 are from the same order saying Performance inadequate. The part at the bottom where it tells you what the customer wrote says, the prints are too small.
The customer messaged me saying, Can I return these prints as I have ordered the wrong size for my frames, She then proceeded to purchase the same prints again in the correct size. But amazon has marked them as very poor even though she has left no reviews.
The 5th is for a damaged item, Which was 100% done by the customer, He clearly tried to unroll the print without taking the tape off the acid proof paper. Anyone who sells prints knows what I mean, You get one of these people every now and again.
It is impossible for it to be torn the way it was and not noticed by us.
However, because its amazon, we sent him a replacement anyway at our own expense. He still left negative feedback because he is clearly a Kn*bhead.

The whole CX Health thing is a load of rubbish. I have 11 listings on 'very poor' they are items that I have had 1 free return opened on, for reasons like, 'doesn't fit me', 'doesn't suit me', 'beautiful earrings but too heavy for my dear wife's ears', 'don't like the colour', 'wife's mother has passed away so no longer needed', any single return opened has then automatically gone into 'very poor' category. Most are items that were not even returned, just cheapskates checking for returnless refunds, but it's really not worth worrying about.

This is a huge issue if you're a clothing seller. Most people who order the wrong size see the options 'too big/small' right at the top and don't bother reading past that.
It's Amazon's fault, how are the buyers supposed to know that 'too big/small' is being interpreted as 'bigger/smaller than the product should be'?
I've kicked off about it during the webinars on CX Health, but no one will ever take it seriously as a problem with the system. They just parrot back at you that it's your fault for the listing being unclear, no matter how many size guides you have contained in it.
Unfortunately there's nothing you can do to fix it. At least as far as I know.
