Amazon Mexico is stealing from me, please help
This is my last ditch effort before I will have to close my store... I hope someone can give me some advice.
Amazon Mexico has charged my bank account dozens of times over the past few years, and I do not, nor have I ever, owed them any money. I have tried everything I can think of to make it stop. I've opened many cases and spoken on the phone, in chat, in email, to Amazon trying to explain the issue. The cases get "transferred", to another department, but once they are transferred, no one ever contacts me.
Amazon Mexico steals money from my bank account at complete random, sometimes several times a month, sometimes not for several months. Sometimes it's a small amount like $10, sometimes it's almost $100. I do not have a lot of money so it has been a massive problem. I have to cancel my bank account, open a new one, file a fraud claim, and wait for my bank to reimburse me. Even though I keep getting new bank accounts that are NOT linked to Amazon Mexico, they somehow keep taking money anyways. No one I have spoken to has any explanation, but they also will not do anything about it.
I have removed my charge method from Amazon Mexico because I need the charges to stop, so now Amazon won't help me at all until I replace the charge method. I refuse to do that...
Apparently they have merged all North America for payments now, so now even when I sell books in Canada (the only store I have/use), "Amazon Mexico" will steal the money. For years I have received money from Amazon Canada, and separately Amazon Mexico has stolen from my bank, but now Amazon Mexico is stealing directly from my Amazon account earnings. I am devastated because this means I need to close my account unless someone will help, and it has been one of my passions to keep my small Amazon store going.
Please someone help me :(

Do you have a Professional Account? If so, they may be taking part of your monthly fee out in Mexican currency. 100 Mexican Pesos is only about $6-7 Canadian. If you add up any Mexican amounts to whatever Canadian amounts, does it come close to the $39.99 US?
My account does Canadian and US. One week it might be $19 US, then two weeks later the rest ($14 Canadian or so). The amounts vary each month, and being weeks apart, it is not the easiest way to track it.
Have you put the Mexican platform On Vacation? Removed any listings you have there? It has been known to happen that listings may appear where you did not place them.
Just an idea, this may or may not have anything to do with your issue. Hopefully you can get it figured out. Good luck.

If you downgrade from "Professional" to "Individual" service level Mexico will go away because it is for "Professional" only.
However, if you have more than 40 sales per month doing this will cost you money (individual has a per item sold fee instead of the professional monthly fee). And some of amazon's reports and features are pro only.
Other things to check: You have Mexico "on vacation". And no listings are showing on the Manage All Inventory page when you have the Mexico marketplace selected.

Hello @Seller_tt9LTQCpArSDO
Thanks for reaching out to the Amazon Forums. The charges made correspond to service fees (your account is professional). You can review the charges by entering the menu in Seller Central, Payments, Transactions view. The charges can be seen in detail there. Since you currently have a negative balance in MX Store, the charges are coming from your other income.
On the other hand, if you do not want to sell in MX, my recommendation would be to change the account to individual and delete all the listings since you currently have active listings, which is why you are still charged service fees. Once you've completed this, make sure to cancel the negative balance to avoid further charges for sales made from another store.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Best,
Nano
