I have never bought or sold a product from Cajmols. If you check my account, I have never bought or sold this product. I don't know how it got on my list, Amazon has lowered my score in a way that affects my account health. It affected my account health under the name of "fake without test purchase". It is unfair to give this penalty without any action. I tried to contact the seller, but the email does not seem to be correct. I would appreciate your help in this matter.

So you are aware, when it comes to an intellectual property simply having this ASIN in your manage inventory shows intent to sell the product, this implies that any and all listings in your manage inventory are susceptible to our policies and requirements. These complaints are typically issued by the brand or rights owner or representative. Was this product ever added to the account, even with a zero inventory? Although I do not have access to listing history, our review teams do and can confirm if this was listed at one point.
If you cannot provide proof that the violation was received in error such as never having listed the product in question, we will need to receive a valid invoices to show proof that this product was purchased an sourced appropriately, or have a letter of authorization provide to confirm you have been approved by the brand as an approved distributor.
The brand or rights owners, if they feel this is a valid violation of their intellectual properties is not required to respond to the situation. If they do agree this was in error or establish communication, the rights owner can issue a retraction if they agree this was an error on their end. This will resolve your situation the same as invoices or a letter of authorization would.
