Customer Damaged FBM
So is customer intentionally damaging item the way for FREE returns seem every time a customer intentionally damages item I loose every Safe-T claim recovering nothing not even shipping WTH! Most recent customer claimed damaged when we got it back it appeared to have something peireced through package of item yet shipping box was flawless and Safe-T denied claim saying zero restocking and zero shipping on an item which did not offer FREE shipping to begin with. Is it because shipping there and back along with restocking would mean customer owes money?
