Buyer acc deactivation caused seller acc deactivation
A fake gift card from our UK buyer account caused our seller accont to be deactivted. We sell in Aus through see global option but account is based in USA. Now we reported this activity to amazon and our US, CAD, MX accounts were recovered but the gift card was in UK buyer acc & this was same acc that caused every market place in selle global option to be banned to us.
Now after repeated calls etc our UK buyer acc was recovered, they asked us to change password of seller acc on phone call. Now when we try to login in UK acc with the eamil and new password, they say no acc is associated with this email.
When we try to again open case through login form, they ask us to send SS of email received to us saying our buyer acc is activated but it is a non-reply email and in “login form” we can not attach screen shots.
It is such a mixture of things that we literally driven crazy with this.
Can anyone help as to what should we do. What is amazon’s general email address so can send SS to it.

was it a gift card given by another seller for a purchase you made for payment of leaving a review that you used?
Or was your UK account hacked ?
