Competitor's listing has reviews from different products (review hijacking) - Amazon refuses to take action

We launched a new product and after having a more thorough look at the reviews of our biggest competitor in the niche noticed they have reviews from totally different products on their ASIN.

this is the competitor - ChangShaAiKeDouMaoYiYouXianGongSi

https://www.amazon.com/CSYS-Parachute-Throwing-Launcher-Landing/dp/B071G6B3Q1/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8&th=1

now scroll to the last page of video and image reviews and we find these 2 reviews with pictures of beads and headbands

https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R2R998IEUVK1G4/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B071G6B3Q1

https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R28ZQW2501XS3Q/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B071G6B3Q1

It's clear they're reusing a listing from a different product to boost review numbers.

We submitted this via brand registry to report the violation and nothing ... brand registry cannot find any violation.

We then escalated to our amazon account manager and received the following from one of the internal teams:

"The review team has investigated the reviews, and did not find that they qualify for removal for violating our Community Guidelines (available here: http://www.amazon.com/review-guidelines). We encourage our customers to give their honest feedback, whether positive or negative, about the products sold on our site. Our Community Guidelines exist to cultivate a space where customers can share their opinions about the products they receive in a way that is relevant and helpful to other customers.

If you want to report violations of customer reviews in future, please click on the "Report abuse" link near the content. If no "Report abuse" link is available, please contact us via E-Mail."

Anyone have any experience with reporting this type of competitor behavior and actually getting them removed? They're dominating the niche with fake reviews

@Manny_Amazon could you please look into this, you had replied to our previous thread that unfortunately got locked.
