Your team has wrongly closed my Case ID: 15861791761 by themselves without resolving our issue and our bullet points are still not live on detail page for listing ASIN: B0CZJLM4HY.
Since I've been requesting for a from long time to please resolve the issue and make the bullets live on Amazon and instead of resolving the issue they have closed the case, let me know where should I go and where should I request to resolve the issue and updating and show the bullet points on the detail page.
Please check properly and resolve the issue.
