Amazon Refund Policy ???
Hi people,
I have never looked into my FBA returns and reasons as I had no idea. Today I figured it out by going into fba and checking Amazon Fulfilled returns and I see atleast 5. I can see the reasons which are obvious for customers seeking returns but more importantly I am seeing items which are now unfulfillable ? Clearly customer damaged so why are Amazon accepting the return ? Can I get reimbursement for this as clearly not my fault and Amazon shouldn't be accepting a return for them.
Secondly I am seeing returns in which Amazon have already refunded the buyer and they still have not returned the item but it has been taken out of my seller account. As far as I am aware they have 30 days to return so what happens if they do not within the 30 days?
This refund policy is very confusing and in a way which us sellers are getting the short stick. Why are returns being accepted when item is damaged and why are refunds happening before they even receive the item? Is there a policy in which they can refund the buyer and they don't need to send the item back and how does that work as that is just stealing money from me.
Any help please this is going to affect whether I continue to sell on Amazon/
