Action required to Verify your Amazon Seller Account

Hello,

I followed the prompt to reactivate my account from my emails but it just takes me back to the credit card page to update. I changed out the cards to see if this would help but no luck. The reactivation links continue to take me back to the CC landing page?

Can you please assist?

Did you enter a stand-alone credit card issued by a B&M bank. Amazon does not accept Debit Cards and cards issued by online banks. Those and are issued by money brokers and are not regulated internationally.

Hello, I am facing the exact same issue. I received an email this morning stating that i need to verify in order to reactivate my account but every time I click on the link, it just takes me to the credit card landing page and i am not able to provide the information requested to verify my account. Can someone please help.
