Hi,

Please could anyone assist, we have had several best selling asins removed with the above reason showing in fix my products. The asins do not show in manage my compliance as an issue and when you click fix, the asins are not listed there either. The detail page has been removed/deleted by Amazon. We have provided the MSDS several times in the past and I have provided it again on the case, despite not being asked for it.

Their advice was to relist in 24 hours, but that isn't possible as the page has been deleted, not just made inactive.

This is Sakura from Amazon. I see that in this case the team responded that the ASIN should be active.

Is it resolved? If not, could you reopen the case and answer to them, as they are waiting for the additional information?
