Advice needed ....The carrier must use the Carrier Central to book a delivery appointment.

So I am based in the channel islands and I have sold via FBA in the past and we just used Royal mail special delivery to send to Amazon (BHX4) this was about 2-3 months ago.

We recently sent another parcel, same way as before and it was rejected and sent back, I have spoken to Amazon and they have told me I need to book an appointment (or the carrier does) I would use the partnered courier but it isn't available in my location, they keep sending me booking forms but I have so far had them in German and Spanish I am not sure why they can't send me the English ones.

Can anyone tell me how I can get Royal mail to book a delivery slot as I seem to be going down empty roads??

Or can anyone recommend a courier that is actually helpful with this situation

As far as I know it has always been the case that delivery has to be booked in by the courier, if you have been getting them through without then you have been very lucky, but sounds like they are now cracking down, so you will need to use approved carrier who has access to the CARP system. When you book the shipment, they do normally offer you postage at very competitive rates using an approved carrier who will handle this for you.
