Handmade listing hijacked (again) by a Chinese seller - no help from SS

Once again one of my Handmade listings has had the brand name hijacked by a Chinese seller.

How does that even happen??

Opened a case and got the ususal (and incorrect) canned answer saying I am not allowed to CHANGE the brand name on a listing.

I am not trying to CHANGE anything, I am trying to return my listing to my OWN brand that I make that cannot be duplicated. This was the answer I got. How the heck to you get someone to actually read and UNDERSTAND what is being asked??

What wording should I have used to get them to realize I am trying to get my listing back to the original name? How hard is that to understand??

This is the ASIN - B07KP2HYDQ

THis is the case number - 17527126041

>>. Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

We understand you have contacted us to update the brand name for ASIN: B07KP2HYDQ to De'esse Boutique.

We're declining this request as it doesn’t comply with our Amazon Brand Name Policy. We don't allow changes to the brand value (also known as the brand name) on existing ASINs.<<<<

Good Morning @Seller_xouAbPXPlUfbu,

Apologies for the delayed response. I took a look at your CASE ID you share with us. There is actually a few more steps we are requesting sellers to take regarding unexpected brand name changes. My colleague @Sandy_Amazon, has shared these steps -->HERE<--

  1. Submit a report through the "Report Abuse" feature
  2. Select "Product detail page was changed to represent a different product"
  3. We suggest sellers to provide relevant details such as when the ASIN was created, by whom, and what the brand name was originally.
  4. If your report is declined, please don't hesitate to create a discussion post in the "Manage Your Brand" category and be sure to include your complaint ID for faster follow-up.

Hope the steps above help get your listing updated and back to its original state. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
