Help! shipping FBM
Hi All,
I am a new seller and I have just sold my first product. I am in the UK and the order has to go to Luxembourg but I am having problems with buying the shipment! After typing everything in I get a message “Based on your inputs or preferences, no delivery services were available. Delivery services shown ignore your preferences. If none are shown, there are no delivery services available for this order”.
I am panicking as this is my first ever amazon order - I wasn’t even expecting someone from abroad purchasing my stock. Can someone please help?

It’s simple enough.
Amazon don’t offer postage to other countries, so you need to buy postage elsewhere.

As Neil says, you cannot use the ‘Buy Shipping’ on Amazon for overseas.
You will need to go to a PO or use the Royal Mail site - that’s what I do with any overseas items - it is very slightly cheaper than the PO prices.
I hope the item isn’t too heavy as overseas postage costs are high.
Depending on what you sell you may want to restrict to UK only.

Easiest thing is to set international shipping costs at £25 and then use ups whenever you get an order…which is unlikely at that price
