Invalid Charge Method Handmade Seller
Yesterday straight after I asked for my disbursement my account came up with the above and now I can not gain access to my account. I tried speaking with customer services and they could not explain to me why this had happened other than my account now randomly needed verifying. What particularly annoyed me were these points
- They tried to tell me that my CREDIT card was a prepaid card - Not true its a credit card
- They could not give me an explanation as to why the card had been ok for at least the last 4-5 years that I had been selling on the account and now suddenly was not (it has not expired which I checked)
- They could not care less that I can not see my outstanding customer orders to be able to fulfill them
- That they owe me money sitting on my account and I have never been close to them ever having to take money off the card (as a handmade seller I don't pay a monthly fee)
- I put in my card details again but it did not like it
- I have now put in new details that can take up to 48 hours to verify so if it takes that long I will be late sending off the current orders.
I'm a reasonable person but feel their behaviour has been unreasonable.
