Listing Suppressed for Main image having my Packaging in it
Amazon have suppressed my listing because it shows my branded box in the Main image next to my item. They say it is suppressed as amazon main image requirements dont allow any packaging to be in the main image.
You go and browse through thousands if not millions of listings that have their packaging on the mnain image as its part of branding, so how can amazon target me for that reason.
Anyone else having or had this issue?

- MAIN images must show products outside of their packaging. Boxes, bags or cases should not appear in the image unless they are an important product feature.
You can add it on the second image

I think something important to remember on Amazon is to stop comparing your listings to others with what they get away with, what they’re doing is irrelevant. You need to focus on your own listings and following the rules of selling on here to avoid these issues.

None of these are allowed and they all risk suppression at some point when Amazon start to look at those listings.
If you put yourself in the position of the customer they are not really interested in the box it comes in but the item itself.

I understand the above replies, but the question i ask is, how do you differentiate your listing from other listings to stick out and catch the ey of the consumer?
I understand the customer is buying the product not the box, but the branding is on the box. Imagine on the shelf in asda, how do you catch the customers eye? its with branding.
So i am trying to work out how does one stick out. Other consumers use branding to catch the consumers eye.
By the way, other sellers have been selling for over 5 years with branded packaging on the main image so im wondering why mine is getting clocked and not others. Have they just been flying under the radar?
