handmade selling privileges were removed with no reason PLEASE HELP

The Handmade team removed my handmade selling privileges without giving a clear reason. I tried to appeal and sent them additional information, but I kept receiving automated emails saying that what I provided wasn't enough to reinstate my Amazon Handmade selling privileges.

Their email says, 'If you haven't provided all the information we requested or have additional information you believe will change our decision, please send that to us.'

But I have no idea what specific documents they need. I've already sent everything—images, videos, descriptions of the process, and even my Etsy store info. Still, they say it's not enough to reinstate my Handmade selling privileges. My products are 100% handmade, and I have no idea what else to provide.

Can someone please help? What specific documents is the Handmade appeal team looking for? Or is there someone else I can contact?
