Nike gated after years of selling
I believe tomorrow, 4/24, is the final day for those of us who received the email from Amazon regarding Nike restrictions. The email mentioned that we now need a Letter of Authorization (LoA) from Nike in order to continue selling their products. Has anyone not received this email or figured out how to get ungated again using an invoice for 100 units? Thanks in advance!

I now read the forum for several years and it has ALWAYS been said that NIKE needs a "Letter of Authorization". Do yourself a favour and create a removal order immediately. Otherwise Amazon will confiscate and destroy your products.
You don't believe it? Go on top and click “Discussions”, put the filters on the left on «Recommended” and “Past year”, then write "Nike" in the search bar on top and read the threads.

if for the last 180 days you got a total of 100 units or more of Nike products, you can send all those invoices to ungate it. For me I just added more units to reach a total of 100 units of Nike.

I believe it's policy to have an LOA to sell a brand.
Unfortunately, it must only apply to BIG name brands.
They're probably tired of "fake" items that are sold.

If you do not buy directly from Nike and are not authorized to sell their product on Amazon, YOU CANNOT SELL NIKE ON AMAZON! Period. I'm sorry, Wake up! Most major manufacturers do not allow even their long time distributors to sell on Amazon. I am sorry, you are NOT special. Keep violating brand registry and you will lose all of your selling privileges on Amazon. My company has been in business for 100 years buying from major brands like Levis and Dickies and we are not allowed to sell their products on Amazon. Find another revenue stream and move on.

Apparently Nike is coming back onto Amazon to sell their own products.
