Feedback Removal Issues
I am having issues with receiving more negative feedback for ridiculous reasons than ever before. It seems the only feedback that buyers bother to leave now is negative feedback that is rarely for valid or accurate reasons which are never eligible for removal of course and I am sure most merchants can relate.
It seems moderators on these forums are the only real help with these situations but I would like to know if any other merchants know what the general response time from a moderator is or if there is a way to expedite a response. It seems fairly random ranging anywhere from a few days up to a few weeks. I understand they are quite busy and seem to be swamped with these posts but I have a few issues from other posts I have been requesting help with for upwards to almost 3 weeks now. This becomes challenging as a big part of the reason for requesting this help is lower the ODR which may be drastically affected but by the time the issue arises and assistance is provided, the ODR has already been possibly cleared of the issues.
I also have another feedback removal I am requesting help with from a moderator for order # 702-0056955-8301828
This feedback the buyer claimed they did not receive a NEW item but the buyer ordered a USED item. This should be valid for removal as I sent the buyer a USED item exactly as they had ordered and they did not read exactly what they were purchasing correctly. This is just abuse of the feedback tool.
