Account suddenly deactivated due to an old product I sold
Can anyone help me on this issue please.
My account was deactivated on 23-Sep-24 without any prior warning. Reason was given because Amazon suspected I sold a counterfeit product in April 2024. ASIN is B0CNGTLNBF.
My first concern is that Amazon should have given me a warning and some time to present documents instead of deactivating my account straight away. I have many Private Label products selling on my account and after deactivation, everything stopped.
Since then I have submitted Invoices from the distributor which clearly contain all the required info but the Internal Team has taken more than 10 days to validate them and still not reactivated my account. Do they realise that how much impact it is having on my business. They have literally destroyed my Amazon selling as my products have lost the ranking and I missed sales on them. Additionally , I had spent money on Advertising which has also gone into waste.
They are now ignoring my further appeals and any cases I open get closed automatically. I really need to escalate it and get it sorted ASAP. Any help will be much appreciated.

Unfortunately the brand on the listing is incorrect, so you may find it difficult to get a quick resolution.

Unfortunately that’s a bundle product of Nivea products but the brand on the listing is Rayni Beauty Deals.
How you got spotted can be sure but you won’t be able to prove the validity of your product as all your invoices will be for Nivea and Amazon no are expecting the brand on your invoices to state Rayni Beauty Deals.
