How di I appeal a quarantine decision?
A book that I’ve had listed for 11 years (with an ISBN) has suddenly been suppressed for missing info: size and color. In fact the exact size is there; but a book requiring “color” is new to me. And I am not authorized to fix the issue, Amazon tells me. Anyway, how do I appeal?

I’ve had that a few times with books re colour. Also sometimes asking for ‘closure type’ (zip, buttons etc) !!!
It really is ridiculous. Not sure what you can do about it - I just removed them from my inventory and sold elsewhere.

Jokes aside I will look into this, have you reached out to Seller Support and if so what was their response?

The Amazon email included…
“To appeal the quarantine decision, contact Amazon Seller Support.”
That linked to:
“https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/cu/help/contact-us”
Where the sole two options are “Password Reset” and “Account termination request”.
I do not know how else to contact Amazon Seller Support. So I posted on this Forum.
Then I closed the listing, and then relisted the book (which is still in the Amazon catalogue). The ISBN is 8373840753. It now appears (again) in my active inventory, but I’m not sure about anyone else’s searches.
