PRODUCT REVIEW violated Amazon Community Guidelines but not being REMOVED

Required Action: Removal of the Review as it violated the Community Guidelines section on "What's not allowed":
- Product condition and damage
- Pricing comments related to an individual experience aren't allowed
"These comments aren't allowed because they aren't relevant for all customers."
In the concerned product review, it clearly stated the product arrived damaged "multiple capsules broken open all over the inside of the bottle"; and he also said "I was disappointed because the product is pricey in my opinion". If there is really a diarrhea to the cat, it can only be related to the damaged product as what it stated in his own word, and aren't relevant to all other customers.
Does anyone else has similar experience?
Would be much appreciated if Amazon can provide help and escalation as well. Thanks!

Amazon does NOT remove reviews. You are new and you have to get used to. We ALL have to live with bad or false reviews. The only hope you have is that it is coming from another seller and that Amazon will remove the review and suspend his account. But this can take many, many months.
And this one IS partially a review about the quality: "My cat developed horrible diarrhea". This IS a helpful information about the product.
I am aware that you are not satisfied with this answer. But that is exactly what Amazon would tell you. Of course you are free to create cases and to fight against windmills, but you will just waste your time.

Tatiana from Amazon here -- I'm just coming across your thread and wanted to reiterate that product reviews are only removed under very specific circumstances. Since this review is also referencing the function of the product, it will remain.
I do realize how frustrating it is to receive negative reviews, but we do encourage buyers to share their authentic experiences with a product. And in turn, we encourage sellers to see situations such as this as a potential opportunity to check in on the product and ensure it is performing as it should.
