No Featured Offer

I started selling on amazon two months ago and I still didn't get featured offer. My sale is zero. All my ASINs are showing '' See all buying Options''. I'm not getting any orders. I have contacted amazon and they repeatedly sending me same mail that my ASINs are not eligible to be featured offer. I am doing fba. Kindly guide me.

It used to be 90 days before a new seller was eligible for the featured offer - though they may have changed that ??
Also, the algorithm they use takes into account a lot of different factors - none of us know the whole story !
