Credit Card Invalid

We have had notification that our credit card is invalid and the account has limited access.

The details of the card are correct and we have been using it for some time.

How do we make this right - we have tried adding the same card again although this didn’t work.

Any idea how to deal with this

The “Invalid Card” message normally shows when the card is expired, daily transaction limit is exceeded or there aren’t enough funds.

Try adding a new card to your account to see if this gets fixed.
