How Do You Guestimate A Stock Count?

I have been requested to align my accounts with the tax year.

Please can anyone advise me how to guestimate a stock count?. My stock count was done in a different month last year, but I have stock counted in April this year to align for next year. I sell multiple lines on multiple platforms and I don't use any inventory management. The time required on this is impossible. Is there any way of calculating a guestimate?.

Any advise greatly appreciated. TIA
