Amazon system banned 2 out of my 3 books from export to Europe, but the books are identical

I had 3 new books (the same book in 3 languages) being sold via FBA remote in the UK and Europe. After a few weeks, Amazon system banned 2 books from export. after 3 weeks of everyday contact and requests, they told me, the 2 books will be banned and there is no way to reinstate the ASINs. That's Insanity, it makes no sense what so ever, as the books are the same, looks, content, just different languages. So why is one book ok for export and other two are not?

Anyone had similar expereince?
