PLEASE TELL ME WHY AMAZON
I recieved an email a month ago stating "we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store" causing a deactivation of my account. I have submitted my Letter of Authorization, Invoices and Credit Card Statements but still no result. I have been resubmitting everyday in the account health page and get no response I have to check back everyday and look where it says "our evaluation is complete" and my account is still deactivated without any reasoning. Can someone please explain what is actually going on and what do I really need to submit as I have the necessary documents I just do not know which one?

I hope they did because they can make a mistake and if they make it a secret, their mistake can't be corrected.
