USPS Shipping not available yet again
So tired of this.
USPS shipping is yet again unavailable. I've been in a support chat with literally 5 different people that has gone on for almost two hours. I do NOT ship via UPS or Fedex, the only two options available. I've had to send the same screenshots over and over again. Nothing has changed with dimensions or weight, and now they're telling me - "Oh, They follow up with you via email within 24-48 hours once they provide a resolution"
And if I don't ship via a method that's literally twice USPS shipping, I'm the one that takes the performance hit. I'm about to cancel the orders at this rate. It's not worth it, financially.
The frustration is real.

I had to play with my turnaround times to get USPS to show up every time. Your metrics only take a hit if the package is not delivered on time, correct?
