Our shipment still not delivered to FC eventhough it has been 1 month
We sent our product to Amazon FBA 31 days ago via "send a shipment" from NJ. Our product has not reached the Amazon FC in PA and an appointment has not been given for this truck yet. We have filed many cases for this situation. Amazon has not received the product. Our product is still waiting on the truck at this time of the fastest sales. Every time we write to Amazon, we are advised to "be patient" or they say they are investigating the issue. We are missing the holiday season. Our product is still waiting on the truck of the carrier company. Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
