Sales not showing in Payments Dashboard

As of 12th September my sales no longer show up in this box, any ideas?

in my dashboard too

I’ve noticed a ‘deferred’ transaction type when you look in the transaction view. Never noticed that status before

dd+7 policy has started so all sales go into defered payment

mine just switched and the amount that was in reserve before just disappeared, it wasnt added to available or deferred :(

Same here but everything is dropping into deferred and it takes 24 hrs for them to appear in deferred. No warning of this we know we are on D+7 but no idea when it was actioned. I think it appeared on our account on the 17th of Sept.

No feedback from Amazon SS yet. We are guessing where the money has gone.

As an update this is the feedback from SS.

I received the following feedback from the disbursements team:

A technical issue on September 17th-19th has caused the bank account re-verification on selling accounts. A reserve was applied to all affected accounts for security purposes while the technical problem was being resolved.

Your disbursements are in normal status now, and your bank account details are verified successfully.

Obviously a typical lazy response - our account is far from fine and still have no new funds in account level reserve and have not had since the 17th. We have replied.....
