At the recent Amazon Accelerate event, I became aware of a new beta feature available in the Help section called "Listing issue? Connect to a specialist and solve it faster." It seems that some brands have already had access to this option for a while.

I am interested in understanding how my brand can gain access to this beta feature. Specifically, I would like to know:

Is there a waiting list to join the beta?

Should I manually request Amazon support to review our account for eligibility?

I believe that having access to this feature would be beneficial for resolving our listing issues more efficiently. Could you please provide guidance on how we can participate in this beta program or have our account evaluated for access?
