Competitor Abusing Variations – Mixing Organic & Non-Organic Products

I recently noticed a competitor creating a misleading variation by grouping organic and non-organic versions of their product under a size variation. This tactic manipulates customer reviews, as buyers might unknowingly purchase a different product than expected.

I reported this issue to Amazon through a case, but unfortunately, no corrective action has been taken. This practice creates an unfair advantage and misleads customers who rely on reviews for purchasing decisions.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? What steps have been effective in getting Amazon to take action against such fake variations?

Good Evening @Seller_NMCvUvojw2Gzt,

It looks like you created a duplicate discussion after you posted this thread HERE regarding the same topic. It appears my colleague @Glenn_Amazon has begun supporting you with this issue too.

Please only create one thread per question as it can create confusion and duplicate work for the Support Staff. Additionally creating multiple threads on the same topic could be seen as spam on the forums and go against forums guidelines.

I will be closing out this thread in order to avoid duplicative work. Any additional updates will be provided on the original post HERE.

Have a wonderful rest of the week.
