Amazon renewed application was rejected
Due to the fact that some home users mistakenly purchased our business-grade IP phones, which led to returns, the products are very new with only signs of unboxing but hardly used. To minimize our loss, we applied for Amazon renewed to list these returns as renewed products. However, after submitting the application, it was rejected. I provided all the required documents and proof in the application, and when I opened a case to inquire about the reason, customer service said a manager would contact me, but no one has reached out yet. I can't find the reason for the rejection on the application page. What should I do next?
