Slower Delivery Times Via FBA???

Fellow high volume sellers,

I've noticed a disturbing trend and welcome and experience you can share.

On several of my ASIN I've seen a percipetous decrease in sales the last 5 months. In looking back at the data and currently delivery times, I've noticed that Amazon is showing my Delivery Promise Date for FBA shipments as 3-4 days slower than my competitor. We both sell the same product FBA. However; I have twice as much Available inventory than he does for each of the ASIN we compete on. Based on my experience, my inventory should be more much spread-out and thus closer to customers, especially considering all the Inventory Placement Fees I'm forced to pay. I've also noticed that my listings in the "Other Sellers On Amazon" do NOT have the Prime Badge, while his do. Even on the rare occurrences that I get the BB, Amazon does not display the prime badge.

Seller Support has been as helpful as we've all come to expect in explaining this.

This deliberate discrimination is killing my sales.

Any thoughts, ideas, or legitimate suggestions?
