Pretty sure you needed them when you set up your limited company? Did companies house not ask for them?

Do you not have an accountant that you can ask about this?
Why are you relying on answers on a forum?

If you are a registered limited company in England then your company will be registered with Companies House. It will have a registration number and all the information about the company will be online there.
The memorandum and articles of association of the company are the documents that establish the objects of the company and the basic rules of how the company is run.
If you do not have a registered number and do not have your details at Companies House then you are not a limited company in England

Having just looked at Companies House it looks like you registered the company last week! You adopted the model memorandum and articles of association as set out in the companies acts. You will need to go to Gov.uk and download the model documents.
To be honest, these are not always ideal for every company and you need to go through them to make sure that they are right for you.

More to the point, who set up the company? You could have paid £10 to The Formations Company, or somebody similar, who would have set up your company and provided you with the following, by email:
Certificate of Incorporation
Articles and Memorandum of Association
Share Allotment Certificate
Register of Directors and Secretaries
Currently, you are showing as having:
No Memorandum of Association
No registered Secretary
No Share Allotment Certificate
Different companies have different documentation. Our Memorandum and Articles of Association are 53 pages long, some can be a little as half a dozen. Some can be thousands. I’m not sure you’re actually aware of what you’ve signed up for?
For example, all of these documents need to be kept, in a register, at the registered office address. As you don’t appear to have some of them, then the register is not complete and thus is not compliant with company law. Are you also aware that (as a limited company) anybody with reasonable grounds, can request to see your registers, at your registered office, any time within normal business hours? Worst of all, if you don’t have all the correct documentation, Amazon will simply and swiftly, shut you down.
