i want to close my account
my account was hacked by virtual assistant and after 3 months i have recovered my account. i have sent them several appeals explaining that, hacker misused my account when is deactivated he left it and disappeared. how can i close this account while i can not reactivate it?? why Appeal team is dump and deaf? they are very uncooperative and unprofessional people who are just ignoring my appeals. they are ruthless people.

simply put, you cannot closed a deactivated account (I think it’s still deactivated from your post)
You would need to reactivate the account if you wish to close it. Also, if you were considering it, if you open any further accounts, they would eventually be linked and also deactivated.
