Link Account Suspension rejection
This is extremely sad and unfair to see that our account got deactivated due to Link Suspension section 3 under business resolution agreement.
Our Virtual Assistant who manages used the return address in another account which got linked and we made sure to delete the return address and everything is different.
We have submitted the documents requested by Amazon but they keep rejecting it.
we have given the bank statement, termination letter, hiring agreement along with nortarization still they keep rejecting we don't own another account and just a common return address was used by the VA and we have terminated him.
Amazon has not reinstated our account and its been very stressful as this is peak season we dont understand why they are rejecting everything is different no such thing can be linked but its extremely disappointing they reject our appeal?

Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
As stated this was a situation surrounding our multiple accounts policy and driven by a virtual assistant. Typically we will ask for contracts, termination agreements, proof of payment for service rendered. The concern with these documents is when they're dated and if this VA still had access to the account after the dated separation. If we confirm they still have access, these documents would become invalid as they would no longer show proof of separation. Can you advise on when the separation occurred and when the VA stopped having access to your store?
I also wanted to inquire on what access this individual had? Did they have access to other information or the ability to update other details?
If this is a situation where the documents do not meet our requirements, we will require that the associated store first be reinstated from its policy violation. You can see more on our seller university video on how to address a multiple account policy violation.
