Unable submit verification of the INFORM Consumers Act.
Dear Amazon,
- I have an issue with my account. My account deactivated, which I will be not allowed to sell on Amazon.com
- The issue was deactivated because Amazon needed more information to verify the account in order to comply with complying with the INFORM Consumers Act.

- Because your system was UNABLE to let me re-submit identity verification information to the INFORM Consumers Act as images attached. I clicked "Identity Verification (Reverify") button on Seller Account Information page to submit information but it always redirects to contact help. Do not allow me to provide account information.

- You can see images attached when I access link https://sellercentral.amazon.com/mario/seller-verification/soa-coc/regional/node/verification-in-progress/render . There is no place to provide verification of the INFORM Consumers Act.

- From case ID 15214781641 and 15421307281 and 15380793501 your team "How do I submit the required documents or information? Check for any pending actions in the "Performance Notifications" section of your seller Central account, and follow the on-screen instructions to reactivate your account: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/notifications". They responded like that, this means I have to upload information in my My seller Central account, while I explained that it is not possible to submit this way.
- I have failed to provide documents only 1 time in March 2023 and so far your system has not allowed me to provide verification information again.
- I believe that if you RESET this process I can submit the identity verification documents.
I hope your relevant team can investigate why my account is still not sending identity verification information.

As mentioned previously by @Stevie_Amazon, they had passed your information to the appropriate teams to review the situation further. Based on the information provided, the account is no longer eligible for reactivation at this time. We are unable to offer additional information on their decision but they advised it was a final decision.
As a result of their decision the account will remain deactivated.
